That’s right, I will give you up to $1000 credit at closing for any expenses you incur while getting your house showtime ready.
Those expenses can include, but are not limited to, repairs, deep cleaning, supplies, or other expenses used to prep your home for showings
In order to receive the credit, you will need to submit receipts for the expenses no later than one week before the scheduled closing date.
If the deal does not close, for any reason, the credit will not be given, until the sale of your home is concluded.
