You loathe typical real estate agent bios. Who doesn’t? Let’s face it, they are boring! So rather than bore you to tears I am going to try a novel approach. If I don’t answer any question you have feel free to contact me and I will be happy to answer it for you.

Why should I hire you to help me buy or sell property in and around Oakland Park?

I have lived in Oakland Park for 33 years alone and another 6 years I lived in Fort Lauderdale. That is a total of 39 years of local knowledge and experience. On top of that I am an avid learner, constantly studying our market, and specific neighborhoods. I know our real estate market intimately and that knowledge makes me a powerful ally in helping you buy or sell property in Oakland Park.

I will admit, I do not and cannot know everything, but you can bet your bottom dollar that if I don’t know something I will find out for you. After all I was a professional researcher and teacher before I became a Realtor®, finding things out is one of my strong suits!

Will you return my calls, texts and emails?

Yes, always. I have heard from clients that eventually worked with me that one of their greatest frustrations was lack of communication. I get tons of calls, texts and emails each day. I am constantly connected to my phone and computer in order not to miss anything. If I can’t answer you right away, I will get back to you as soon as possible. If it is an emergency, let me know and I will make it priority to contact you.

What kind of Realtor® are you?

It all depends on your perspective. If you ask agents who have stood between my clients and their real estate goals, they’ll probably agree that I am pretty pushy. My friends and family think I wear angel wings and live on a cloud. Those are the two extremes, and most people’s opinion falls somewhere in the middle.

Here’s what I can tell you: I’m honest, frank and sincerely care about my clients. I take pride in being approachable and friendly. If you have a real estate question, call me, I am happy to answer it. Being loyal to my family and friends is part of my DNA, I don’t know how to be any other way. When you are my client you become one of those people to whom I am loyal and which I pledge to faithfully represent.

Working on a real estate deal has a lot of ups and downs, and we may not always agree but I will always be loyal and treat you with honesty and respect. That is who I am at my core and that is the kind of Realtor® that I am.

Do you have experience doing exactly what I need?

Tell me what you need and I will tell you if I am the right Realtor® for you. If I can’t help you, I will tell you I am not the right professional to help you. While I may be in the “sales” business, doing right by people and really helping them is what matters most to me.
