Bldgs 109-114 were not plumbed for Washer and Dryer, but some people but them in
Bldgs 115-118 took away SF from catwalk, units are a little larger, these buildings also have actual laundry closets, have plumbing and vents
Bldgs 105 & 106 are the best buildings,
different from all other buildings, they have about 20 under building parking spots, they have interior halls and not catwalks, Even #s in 105 & 106 face lake and odd numbers face the parking lot.

In all bldgs 109-118 Lines 05 and 06 are in the middle and are the larger units, called the Egrets
Bldg #113 as per an MLS listing on 12/16/2021 – no minimum down required by the assocation.
