Overall Average and Media Sale Prices Up
Compared to the second quarter of 2020, the average sale price went up 9% in 2021 and the median sale price went up 10.5%.
Single Family Homes Sales
58 Single Family Homes sold, an 87% increase from 2020
The average sale price went up 8.9%
The median sale price went up 3%
The most expensive home sold for $559,700
The least expensive home sold for $189,000

Condo Sales
78 Condos sold, a 102% increase from 2020
The average sale price went up 13.5%
The median sale price went up 15%
The most expensive home sold for $202,000
The least expensive home sold for $90,000
Oak Tree Sales
The sales at Oak Tree are not included in the statistics of this report.
In May 2021, one home sold at Oak Tree for $642,800.
More homes are expected to close in the 3rd quarter of 2021.
